(More customer reviews)I bought these for a 2006 Mustang GT to combat the well know "spark plug breaks off in head" issue. When I tried to remove the factory plugs (about two years ago) I broke several of them and had quite the panic filled day getting them out. I decided to replace them with these when I removed the factory-style plugs recently to reapply anti-seize. My car runs just fine with these and hopefully I won't have to worry about breaking them ever again. I put a bit of anti-seize on for good measure.
As for getting the OEM plugs out, get some Kroil or PB Blaster and add lots of patience and they should come out relatively trouble-free. When I removed the factory-style plugs (which I had put anti-seize on) to put these in, they came out extremely easily with some Kroil.
