(More customer reviews)I received this item, along with the recommended OEM saddlebags. Installation went well but not without some thought. The only concern I had was with the saddlebag installation instructions. When installing the saddlebags, the instructions were vague when referring to the selection of required spacers and the length of the bolts. I had to remove and re-install bolts and spacers, while trying not to scratch the fender or drop the saddlebag during the numerous attempts to align the supports.
My advice to all that purchase these supports and their recommended saddlebags is to first, have an assistant provide the extra hands required to determine the correct hardware and secondly, ensure that once you install your saddlebags and supports, keep all of the extra hardware just in case you decide to mount a backrest or luggage rack.
Otherwise, an excellent product and fair pricing.
