(More customer reviews)Combine this product with a Master Lock trailer ball, and the one-tool torque system is great. There is a pin on the hitch, and a slot on the ball that allows you to tighten the nut for the ball using only one wrench. It is a great innovation. This product overall looks nice, and certainly has that nice feature.
